Copper Mountain Yoga


Kundalini and Vinyasa classes in the chapel community room as well as a Summer outdoor yoga series.

Heal, strengthen and bring balance to your system through breath and movement. Inspired by the students, these classes are always unique and taught with intuition and a sincere desire to promote self-healing and self-discovery. The intention for every class is to build strength, increase flexibility, tune in with a meditative mind and to simply be present. Postures may be held for several breaths and modified to facilitate personal growth and transformation.
