Application Fees
Each application must be accompanied by the $25 application fee (The non-refundable application fee check will be deposited on receipt). Applicants may choose to pay online by credit card or they may pay by check made payable to The Village at Copper.

Early Bird Booth Fees (Until April 9th 2010)
A signed contract and booth fee ($400.00 for an outdoor exhibitors and $750.00 for indoor exhibitors) must be
received by Friday, July 30, 2010 or by Friday, April 9, 2010 for the Early Bird discounted rate ($360.00 for an
outdoor exhibitors and $675.00 for indoor exhibitors). Please note, Early Bird registrations can be paid in two
installments: 1st payment is due by 4/9 and final payment by 7/30. Failure to respond by the deadline may
result in artist booth location being moved to accommodate artists with timely contract and fee submissions.
Applicants are responsible for providing Copper Village with up to date contact information including email.
Outdoor Art Exhibitors
- Artists are required to exhibit on September 4th & 5th from 9am-6pm. On September 3rd it is optional to exhibit from 3pm-7pm during the Fine Art Reception. Take down may not begin until 6pm on September 5th.
- Artists will be provided with a 10’ X 10’ booth space. One exhibitor may purchase two 10’ X 10’ spaces if they need more room. You must provide your own tents and weights. These are outdoor booth spaces - we urge exhibitors to bring tarps to cover their work in the event of bad weather. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather. Electricity is available to outdoor artists for an additional fee of $45.00.
Fine Art Exhibitors
- Artists are required to exhibit on September 3rd during the Fine Art Reception 5:30pm – 7:30 and September 4th & 5th from 9am-6pm. Take down may not begin until 6pm on September 5th.
- Artists will be provided with a 10’ X 20’ booth space and are responsible for own booth display. You will be provided with electricity and overnight tent security.
