Après at Copper: Meet Lefty Lucy

Lefty Lucy's members, Lucy and Nick DiBlasio have strong roots in Copper Mountain.

From the first time Nick skied Copper in the mid 80's as a kid, the love affair began. This led to Nick's season working as a Lift Operator in 1993-1994, building strong friendships with many who still work at Copper to this day. It was at that time, Copper's own Après-ski act, Moe Dixon, invited Nick to join him on stage to play guitar and sing. This began a lifelong friendship between the two musicians.

Two years later, in 1996, Nick and Lucy began the Lefty Lucy Band and began touring Internationally shortly after.

In 2001, both Lucy and Nick returned to Copper Mtn. to begin their own Après-ski act as Lefty Lucy. They found a home in Jack's Bar at the base of Center Village and have been there for each Winter year after year ever since.

Now, returning for their 21st Season to Jack’s Bar, Lefty Lucy has been a touring band throughout their career. Performing as the house band in Bermuda, the Las Vegas Strip, St. Thomas, Florida, Philadelphia, and New Jersey, Lefty Lucy enjoys the Après-ski shows at Jack’s the most.

You’re guaranteed classic Après-ski fun! Shot-skis and dancing on the bar while singing along to everyone’s favorite well-known tunes, what better way to round out your epic day on the mountain, than becoming part of an epic party?

Come see for yourself why Lefty Lucy has been called the “Best Show in the Snow.”

Winter 2022/23 Lefty Lucy is performing at Jack’s Bar on Wednesday - Saturday 3:30 - 6:00pm.
